How much for indicator casing?
I've managed to knock the indicator casing out on my neighbours car. The bulb is still in tact and the headlight is fine. As I am at fault, I will obviously pay for the damage.
I was wondering how much it is likely to cost? The car is old - a G plate escort.
Any ideas?

Contact your local scrapyard (Yellow Pages usually under "car & commercial - dismantlers") Thankfully breakers are full of old Escorts!
I would pay no more than £20 for one. You may have to remove it from the old car yourself, but if you ask for help, they usually oblige.
Hope this helps.

Some scrap yards are more like shops than a field full of cars, so might have one on the shelf.Happy chappy0

Do you know what? When I spoke to them about what I had done, they actually said "Oh don't worry about it, it's only an old banger".
They're such lovely people and if they continue to say they don't want me to pay, then at least I know how much to spend on wine and chocolates for Xmas for them. :xmassmile

Motor factors sell parts cheaper than the main dealers, and scrapyard prices are often overpriced. A few years back a scrapyard asked me £10 for a replacement indicator. I said - no thanks, I can get a new one without a crack in for £13.0

I got a whole nearside headlight and indicator unit for my Dad's K eg Escort a few months ago for £20 - the scrappy has a container full of them he has already removed. Easy to replace too! Did the same with my old metro - £15 in that case!
They sounds like nice people though!

The best place to look at one/buy one from would be your local breakers yard/scrape yard.
You could also try eBay, where you could pick on up for a few pound.
