OK it's the weekend and I'm probably asleep as I can't find this info....
Can anyone tell me how Cap One pay the interest on a cashback card in January? Does it get put on the card to use as credit available or do they send it to you?

Yes it gets applied as a credit to your Capital One card. You can then either just spend it, or close the card and ask them to send you a cheque.0
