Virgin media t.v.to bedrooms in house questions

I am thinking of signing up to a new Virgin Media package and want to have the digital tv in two of my bedrooms.

Will I need extra set top boxes and cables installed?

Can it be done wireless?

Will it cost extra for installation,monthly costs?

If you want different channels at the same time in each room then yes you need extra cables and boxes and I expect there will probably be an extra subscription charge unless there is a special offer on.

If you want the same channel only at the the same time in the bedroom as on the main TV then you can just use a video sender device which can be done wirelessly. This will depend on range between your main TV and the bedroom TV. I haven't looked, but not sure about sending to multiple locations at once. There are probably devices that do this.

Another alternative is use a Freeview box in the bedroom in combination with a video sender from the Virgin Media box. This would mean you could watch different free channels in each room, however only the same subscription channel.
