Boots "Clubcard" Points expire

Hi Froggit, i got that info from the blue and white despatch note that comes with all online orders:

"Points are available 5 days after you receive your order and will be available to collect for up to 12 months. "

I take that to be what you mean when you talk about points expiring, as i'd never heard of points expiring before your post. After 12 months you can't collect them from the ACM instore, but i'm sure in those circumstance a call to CS would hopefully sort the matter out as it did for you. HTH
