Destination Ideas Please

Hi all,
We are looking at going on holiday in Feb or March next year, 2 adults and 1 child (under 2 years). We want somewhere that might be warm, but not hot (I know weather is not guaranteed!). Probably an all inclusive type hotel, that we can just stay in the resort, relax and let our little one play. We are looking at about £350-£450 per person for the package. (Max £900).
Anyone have any ideas? We are thinking of somewhere in Spain at the moment.

We have had holidays in Southern Spain for the last two weeks of March a couple of times. A chance of rain but each time spent most days on the beach. Still a little chilly at night.
