MBNA Paper Statements

My wife signed up the other year ( As Wife's do) for a Card.
She has an 'Online Account'
So why are we still receiving Paper Statements thru the post,
when we = SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO SEND ANY PAPER STATEMENTS
SIMPLE AS THAT!!:money: :rolleyes:

Legally they are obliged to send at least 1 paper statement a year, maybe they got the frequency of statements wrong?0
