The reason i ask is i cant find it on their website anymore.
I have this mortgage myself and have been lucky to get the first rate cut and now the full 1.5% cut too so its now 4.45%.
My thinking is they have scrapped it for new customers seeing as it is such a good rate.

What are the Natwest up to. I have had the offset mortgage only three months and I was cold called by them yesterday, trying to tempt me out of the arrangement with 'advanced notice' of some juicy money saving new fixed rate morgages.
Where's the trust.

they have been stalling on announcing the interest rate cut of 1.5 % from the other week
methinks they are not making any money out of it an want to encourage people to shift
I'll shift if need be but not stay with them

You were not "cold called" by them. you have an existing ongoing relationship with them.
I see nothing wrong with being offered an alternative........if you want to keep the offset, then keep it. What is the issue? Its nothing to do with trust.0 -

Hi Minimike,
Sorry to be cheeky, just wondering with your connections whether you've heard anything on the grapevine about Natwest lowering the interest rate for offset mortgages? ie when they would make a decision about lowering them or not.
