  • Went into Boots yesterday with daughters in tow and bought 4 x Boots shampoo/conditioner on BOGOF and used 4 x 50 point vouchers from machine - £2.58 for shampoo, 200 points.

Went to 4 different tills and got 1 x Time Delay Deep Cleansing Wipes £4.00, 1 x Time Delay Conditioning Cleansing Cream £4.50, 1 x Time Delay Clarifying Facial Exfoliator £4.50 and 1 x Refining Toning Water, all of course using vouchers and so charged nothing. Also bought various items from the clearance section.

Only problem is that when we got home the eldest daughter walked off with all the Time Delay apart from the wipes and then had the cheek to say that she needed the Moisturiser which we hadn't got. Don't think I can get back to Boots again in a big hurry, but then again I need to spend the £5 No 7 voucher they gave me.

I may give my Mum a ring and see if she fancies going into town to get the moisturiser and anything else she can get.

:j I could get addicted to this Boots game if it wasn't for my Pigsback addiction.

Was the soap 39p and you got 61p in points or 29p and 71p in points?
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

Got up nice and early this morning, well, early for me (8am) and got into Barnsley town for 9ish.
Thought I had best go early in case stocks were limited on the Time delay products.
They had tons of the yellow leaflets near the doors so grabbed a few and stood by the advantage machine while I snipped the vouchers out with my scissors (came prepared!)

Hubby was with me so I asked him to go and do one of the Time delays for me as knew I would be going to the same till with lots more, he was scared stiff bless him!
he thought if you got it for free then there must be something wrong and possibly illegal in doing it ;)

I eventually ended up with 18 Time delay products including 7 wipes after visiting various tills from the N07 till to the photo booth. Total cost to me was £6.50 and the original cost should have been around the £90 mark! bargain!

I did notice as I eventually left the store (hubby was fidgeting) that there was very little of the Time delay left on the shelves ( and no, not because I took it all! ) so I am very glad I motivated myself to go early.

Its so exciting when an offer like this comes up but also very addictive, I have only just got back from town and am feeling the urge to go back! :rotfl:

    Hi

The Boots in Bromley is only offering Time Delay products at 3 for 2 and there is not a BOGOF on Danielle Ryman or any discounted items. Do different Boots stores give different deals then?

I got two 50 point vouchers from the machine to buy the Boots Coconut and Almond shampoo and conditioner for my daughter and thought I would be able to use 1 voucher on each bottle.

There are other variations of the shampoo and conditioner but can't remember off the top of my head.

Got to the till and handed over the vouchers but didn't realise the range is on bogof and the till accepted both vouchers so I received 100 points and both bottles cost £1.29 for the two :D

Sheila, it offers 3 for two in Barnsley also but you don't have to buy it like that.

Do each transaction seperately with a single voucher each time, result 0.00
    (depending on what you buy)

    Hope this helps :)

In Chelmsford had begun marking down all the alcohol related gifts this morning to 75% off. (e.g. wine in rack to £3.75, cufflinks and theakstons ale £2.00, vodka shot gift sets, G and t , whisky etc) maybe the beginning of all the gifts being reduced??
