Hi, does anyone know or is able to help me about what i need to be able to sell a software that i have written?
Copyrighting it and liscencing it etc?

Copyright protection is automatic, however you may want to register your copyright in case of dispute in the future.

does the program software have to be a unique produvct to be able to liscence it? kind of a dumb question i know, but there are programs that do the stuff that i want to do but is not effivient and i think i can improve it?

Well, provided the code is all your original code, then there shouldn't be any problems. However, if you used code from another project, you have to make sure you comply with their license.0
