Dig deep into your jars, cupboards and nets – it’s time to transform your stored veg into a winter roast. The pottery experts at Denby have teamed up with celebrity chef James Martin to create a range of cookware. This includes a large roasting rack and dish – which is 42.5cm in length, 26.5cm in width and with 12cm-high sides.
Great for cooking meat or veg, the non-stick coated rack raises food above the bottom of the roaster to prevent scorching or sticking. Healthy eaters will be glad to hear that run-off fats will drain away into the dish, leaving your food roasting well above it. Or, if you’d like an even larger cooking space, why not put veg under the rack and meat on top?
If you love cooking but hate the washing-up that follows, you’ll be pleased to hear that all 15 pieces in the James Martin cookware range have a special ‘Easyclean™’ coating that means scrubbing won’t be necessary – you can just wash food stains off using soapy water and a soft cloth. The range is also dishwasher safe and can be used in the microwave and freezer.
