Hi, i used SAP years ago when i worked for an international eletronics and pc manufacturing company, they used SAP to run almost every aspect of the business, from logistics, stock control, internal order tracking, through to shipping and billing. Hard to define what SAP is, all i remember was that they brought in SAP guru's from abroad to train us and buy allegedly paid them a kings ransom to do so, after two years i'd still only scratched the surface of what it was capable of doing.0
