Thanks yes i have got my money back. My mum came round today and said that my doctor had rung her last night because she is worried about my state of mind and was worried that i might harm my 11 year old daughter. I am now worried that she might tell the SS and they come and take her offf me.0

I know its scarey but social services will be trying as hard as possible to keep your child with you.
It sounds like you did go a bit off the rails (I think we were all a bit worried about you!) and so its probably true to say that you do need some extra support. I think the best thing to do is to try and see this as an opportunity to get some extra help.
If you are feeling a bit paranoid it will be hard to let yourself trust people including your mum and social services.
You never said if you had a cpn? Maybe you could talk your worries through with them.
Its important that your child has someone who can support them when you are too ill to do it yourself. You could also ask about getting your child registered as a young carer which would entitle them to extra help and sometimes even free trips or holidays.0
