ICICI Fixed Rate Account - Balance Problems on Site ??!!

Would someone who has one of these mind checking their account.

I've just checked mine online, and it is showing as a balance of £0.00, even though I had £15,000.00 in the account.

This is very worrying

I've just called them and they inform me they are having system problems and to try again in the morning.

Hopefully it is related to that - but I would have thought it would have affected others in the same way too...

Mine are there at the top level, but I can't drill down to the details.

Everytime there is the slightest wobble on the ICICI website someone starts a "this is very worrying thread".

If they said they are having system problems and to try again in the morning, maybe they are having system problems and you should try again in the morning. As none us know their system architecture, we can't comment on what others would or would not have been affected.

all mine are showing correctlly i was going to put some more money in as a fixed bond but now not so sure how safe are they

I'm sure they are quite safe. If they aren't, you have the same protection as most other banks.

In fact, I have transferred more funds to them this morning.

Still a little worrying when your balance shows £0.00.
