Tesco Clubcard

Options
I have been having problems with my tesco clubcard because everytime i have moved house I have changed my address with no problem but a few years ago I registered for an account online with an old card. Then I phoned up and asked why I was losing all the points I had accumulated because I was 'opted in' for e-vouchers when I wanted to recieve the vouchers to use in store..

I spoke to them last week because over the last couple of years I have been saving the points and unable to use them, understandably i was quite annoyed at this, I managed to speak to someone, who realised that there had been a mix up with accounts and clibcards and reissued all my old points onto my current card so I don't lose out at all!!!

I went to Tesco last night and there were over 4000 points on there!!! OMG, totally shocked, at least i know that next time the statements come out it will be like christmas again for me, especially as it like a weeks worth of shopping for me.

I was just wondering if anyone had had similar experiences?
Proud to be me, proud to be who I am!!

Great news, but don't waste it. Don't spend them in store. Check out http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=80337&highlight=spend+tesco+store and it will certainly be like Christmas all over again.

Any a very Merry welcome to MSE. :xmassign:

  • It happened to me earlier in the year. I ended up with over £400 to use in clubcard deals. I used them to buy two chests of drawers from MFI. Felt so good buying new furniture and not having to hand over the cash.
  • Worth 4x as much on their deals so I bought my mum and auntie magazine subscriptions. Then they swap the magazines and then pass them on to me. They think I'm really generous but I think I only paid about £8.50 each in vouchers for the year.

  • I took advantage of the beef in gravy offer and accumulated lots of points. I changed my Tesco clubcard vouchers for MFI vouchers, the last sale wasn't that impressive so decided to wait for the next one. Tomorrow I hit MFI with £1,000 worth of vouchers - we had wanted to buy bunk beds and now have enough vouchers to buy the bunk beds, 2 mattresses and a new king-size bed. Not only that but we are having an extension in 2006 and with the next lot of points we will furnish some of the rooms. Tesco clubcard points have really helped us to afford items that otherwise we would have struggled to buy.
;) I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL ;)
  • Not been collecting points for long but recently started shopping on - line......sometimes for money off.....sometimes for extra points.

I used a 1000 points code and had to email and ring up as they were not showing on my clubcard online statement.

Have just received my February clubcard vouchers but received two lots on different clubcard numbers!!(both in my name)

Im totally confused as none tally with the number on the tesco.com site??

I got the extra 1000 points on one of the statements but it shows on the tesco.com site on a different number as well.

    How bizarre?

Anyone know what could be happening?
