Photoshop

Hi,

I have downloaded 30 days trial Photoshop Lightroom 2 from adobe website.

Now I changed background for one of the photographs. The photo only opens in Photoshop. Is there anyway I can open that photo on nero photosnap viewer or on any other viewers?

Thanks
MS

    Hi,

If you still have the photoshop trial you should be able to sort it out in that. Its probably saved as a PSD document (this normally happens automatically if you have left the picture with more than one layer). Open the picture in photoshop and then have a look for an option in the tool bars called merge layers, click this and then click save as. You should now be able to save it as a jpeg which should be compatable whith photosnap.

If you haven't got photoshop anymore you will need another program which can convert it for you, or possibly there might be an online file type changer which can do it for you. I wouldn't know the best way of doing this though so hopefully someone else can help.

What file type is the document? If it's not a .psd and is a .gif .jpg etc then paintshop is the default program to open that file type, to change this then select the file, right click, open with, choose default program, then select the default program you would like to use to open this file type.
If it is a .psd document there is an export facility where you can export the document changing certain attributes including file type, then you will be able to open the exported document with other programs as above.
