Is there a good way to cook them that will disguise the taste or not make them taste so bitter? Whenever I buy them I end up throwing them away which I hate doing as I don't ever want to waste any food but I am determined not to do that today and need some ideas so I can use it in cooking tonight. Hi canidothis,

I don't like green peppers raw, but will happily use them in bolognese, chilli, lasagne, moussaka, casseroles etc.
