Im thinking that this is cryptic, I cant find any 3 foot islands, however, you can get a ferry from Birkenhead, Liverpool, to the Isle of Man, which if Im right in thinking has 3 feet as there logo/emblem??

I hate to confuse things and I don't know whether it makes any difference to where you put the pin but the winter crossings go from Birkenhead and the summer crossings go from Liverpool! (I'm a frequent crosser, my sister lives over there!)
