Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would add my little story of what happened. I got a new mobile phone on contract and the day after I got a phone call to say that my phone insurance direct debit needed to be cancelled and I would need to make a one off card payment. The person said they were calling from the Carphone warehouse so I paid.
Turns out it was a scam and I was now £70 out of pocket and have no insurance on my phone which is now faulty!
Reported this to Barclaycard and got my money back and they are even going to put it back into my bank account - bonus!
