If I email a friend a link to a post on MSE, by highlighting & cutting/pasting the address in the top bit (not sure of tech name). When they open it, will it be logged in as me?
Do you see what I mean? Dont' want my friend to know my MSE log-on or be logged in as me?
Or is there a better way to do it.
Thanks

No they won't. It is the correct way to do it. The link will just be (for example to this thread):
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1271067
No login details are stored. They will have to log in themselves should they wish to reply to the post.0
