Well the whole house is upside down, I've been through the bin and no sign at all of the card and *sob* it was an original card from when they first started giving them 10-11 years ago - an antique if you like :D

Anyway rang CS and the woman was lovely. I explained my dilemma of not wanting to cancel "because my chip will be new and my spending history will vanish" - she assured me that the new card would have my spending history on it, therefore I should still get good offers and its not like starting all over again - so if anyone else is [STRIKE]stupid [/STRIKE]unfortunate enough to lose their card like me, this may put your mind at rest :o

The card is still missing in action (god love it!) but all £68 points are still intact :T *phew*

Is it possible you left it in the ACM this is what I did a couple of weeks ago, I grabbed my printed offers and rushed over the the photograph frames only to be followed by a kind young girl holding my advantage card. Perhaps you could ring and ask.

So pleased your points are intact - £68 is 1p more than my weekly pension! It's a fortune! I lost my card last year, and although I only had about £2 or so on it, they had my details at Head Office, everything was just transferred.

And a super lady said that she didn't think I was getting full whack on some of my over 60 transactions, and she added another fiversworth on!

I'm so pleased for you, it's a horrible moment to lose something precious, or forget where you put it, and to think you may not get it all back. Glad you've got a happy ending.

Glad to hear your points haven't been spent:T I really felt for you when you said you'd lost your card. I am so shocked at what happened to Tiara:( I have OCD when it comes to my boots card. I always check my purse at least 3 times before I leave the store now. I once left it in the ACM machine and only realised when I was about to pay for something:eek:

I usually do too which is why I'm so suprised at myself. All receipts, all plastic bags I had are there - just no card! I've even said a prayer to the Saint who finds things (and I'm not overly religious) and even HE can't help out :rotfl: The difference with this shopping experience was I had OH there, who was obviously distracting me at the ACM :D (blooming men!). I logged on to .com when I first realised it was missing and it said £0.00 points £0.00 pending :eek: I literally had a heart attack until I realised I hadn't clicked the update points total button, when they re-appeared. CS just confirmed they are there too so a happy ending...but still a mystery where the heck it is?!

Thank you SandraScarlett :) I save them up all year for the 75% sale day, last year I had £136 on the card when I went to the sale, and guarded my bag like mad to make sure it wasn't stolen, because its effectively £136 cash :) Perhaps I will spend them or split them onto 2 cards (my Mum has one too) so double the safety (but double the chance of losing it!! :rotfl::eek:) Thank you for your kind words :)

75 questions omg! It got me thinking of what might be hidden in there.

    1: What is a pinkie?
    2: Ever heard of mse?
3: No 7 is on 3 for 2 with a gwp wusp £20. What's the least amount of cash you need to pay for this little lot? (pinkies and till splits incl).

Why don't you give them a call. It sounds like there's something wrong with their site if they're saying you've withdrawn your applications. It's got to be worth a try. Good luck

Sample of question: " Lots of people are too worried about getting every little detail right. " And you have from 1 to 5 ... from defidetely disagree ... to definetely agree... So 75 of this type of questions... for each job . I don't understand why you can't complete the questionaire just once
I will try to email them to ask if it's a problem with the website or I just got rejected.
