Take it back and ask the store manager to retrain all staff to know their offers and to be extra nice to bootsers lolI have already opened it so no chance of taking it back. TBH i couldn't even be bothered with the hastle even if i hadn't. I had a lovely day today with helpful SA's which made such a change from recent trips. What annoys me though is that the SA i asked was so self assured in her answer i didn't even consider that she might be fobbing me of. On the bright side though i did get a gift bag today with the old GWP sets, and i agree about how cute it is

Here, here!
Been thinking about getting myself some for a while as the gloves work so well at making my hands so soft in the mornings!
Will have to have a looksie at the products now!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -

This is such an addictive site, but soooooooooo informative. I imagine you, Mimi, as being 35, honed, toned, tanned, 6'2" of male gorgeousness, with muscles a-ripplin' hither and thither...........
Attracting stares from customers and SAs alike, as you dash through Boots, collecting loads of ladies toiletries. shaking your dark, thick, curly, foppish hair back (a la Miss Piggy), with ladies, of all ages, sighing as you stare deeply into their eyes, with a quizzical raised eyebrow, and a slight, come-hither smile.
Sorry, forgot I was an OAP then! (Blushes deeply and sings "Ah yes! I remember it well!")
SANDRASCARLETT, you bad girl! ROFL. You got the description totally wrong. I'm only 26 but look about 21. Not muscled, but toned. Short dark hair, big juicy full lips and big brown eyes. Was actually thinking of putting a photo of me on the web with no top on if Mariah got to No 1, but I think it's obvious that is never gonna happen cos no one likes her, so won't bother. LOL.
Have to admit the younger lady (and even the male) SA's do sometimes stare at me, but I think that's probably because they think I like to glam myself up in ladies cosmetics. LOL. Oh and long hair a la Miss Piggy, I tried 2 years ago, but my hair was just too all over the place, so long hair is not for me. And I wouldn't dare do the come hither look cos if they did come hither I would not know what to do. I'm pure do you hear me, pure!
NUTTYP darling, all the BOOTS goodies have almost gone. Needed space in my room so bobbed everything on eBay. Woohoo. Some of the junk just did not go though. Anyone want any RESTORIA 4 MEN HAIR COLOURING whatever it is? Got 3 sets when they had the 3 4 2 and I don't know what to do with it. LOL. I'm mad.
As for the NO 7 TRINKETS, saw them at £1 on clearance. They have been cleaned out at my local store. If they did not sell, I am sure they would have gone for 50p. There is some BIRD COLOURED NO 7 EYE POWDER/MAKE UP thing on clearance that was on £4.00, then £2.50, then £1.00, the £0.50 cos it wouldn't sell.0 -

5 Avon pamper items for £5, there are also codes for free delivery and more money off. I got 5 of the room and linen sprays delivered yesterday, saved a fortune on the regular prices.
Couldn't agree more geordie_lassit was a great find. I ordered 8 x Crusade Pins at £1 each, all of which is donated to BCC, and 8 x Skin So Soft, Soft & Sensual Breast Cancer Crusade Creamy Body Wash at £1.50 each, reduced from £3 of which 30p goes to BCC.
The total should have been £20, but I got £3 off with the code, free delivery, and Quidco tracked £2.55 of that too. So I was well pleased. Both items will go in individual hampers btw, as the body cream container looks really feminine, and might just help to create a little more awareness tooOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

Oh i must order some of this love lavender as that real cheap, i usually buy lavender oil from Holland and Barrett, and put ten to twelve drops in a small spray bottle with water spray it on beds and generally around the house cat beds etc , smells lovely :j
Quoted wrong part someone said 5 for £5 from avon0 -
anyone think you can use the Bluey on durex giftsets (342 ones) cause was thinking about getting one for my secret santa hehe

Thank you to whoever mentioned this originally. There was no price on them but they came up as £5 each and 342! Yipee!! Plus you get a free S&G gift bag with it.
Those free S&G gift bags are so pretty lmo7I haven't been able to get out much lately, just quick visits to the pharmacy, but had a quick scoot around whilst I was waiting
and was surprised how many stores had replaced the S&G bags with the standard gold/brown ones.
The S&G ones must be popular
Didn't see any 342's on the £5 sets though - anywhere. They're undoubtedly popular
