I have exactly the same problem with my GWP. The clasp is rubbish. stuff is ok inside though. Didn't realise they do different colours inside though?!

Seems to be the case BBB - some have got clear varnish in theirs. I usually have a moan and groan about gwp's lol, but you're right - the clasp is rubbish :)

As someone suggested, the soap and glory heel genius is great (5 quid). I actually like the Boots brand Gorgeous Feet intensive moisturiser and overnight rescue more (feels and smells divine!) .

FYI, the Boots Gorgeous Feet Minis gift bag has been reduced permanently to 5 quid it looks like (used to be 8 quid), so this whole set is the same price as the heel genius (some stores have had it on clearance for less). The gift set comes with a nice foot scrub and overnight socks in addition to the two pots of foot cream. These and the other minis are in the health section near other foot products. I can't seem to get pics in my posts anymore, so follow the link below, lol:

I'll second that:D this stuff is brill and smells lovely:) I was lucky enough to find a couple of gift sets on clearance a while ago priced 2.00

On .com it definitely is, I'd try it on the till and see what happens

Yeah i've just noticed that as well. I'll be so annoyed though as i bought the Dr Spot on its own after she told me that

Hope you havn't opened it - it's an offer too good to be missed, esp the gift bag- its really cute, I forgot to pick mine up and had to go back in to get it :rotfl:.
Take it back and ask the store manager to retrain all staff to know their offers and to be extra nice to bootsers lol
  • Is the soap and glory skincare on offer as well, as the SA told me on wednesday that it wasn't included in the offer :(

S&G skincare is definately on offer - I bought some yesterday. It was about the only items on offer in my store that had any signage!

I ended up with two ladies no7 gwp's and one mens from yesterdays shops - when I unpacked last night one of the ladies ones literally fell apart in my hands so will parcel it up in a little basket for a pressie, though I would do the same with the other one so opened it and it had been opened previously - tissue paper was all torn and scrumpled up and no vouchers inside:eek: I know it was free but flippin' 'eck!!!
And, are the no7 trio of trinkets current or clearence please?

I'm off on one lol. I'd do as mrs bb suggested and complain :) To CS or the store. They shouldn't be 'given' all rifled up like that and definitely not with the points vouchers missing. hth

    Allergy to ROC Cream

Can anyone help - I've been using this ROC night cream for 1 week now and tonight my face looks like it has been burnt - my skin is soooo sore. It must be this cream.
Does anyone know if you can get a refund in Boots for this reason? I still have my receipt.

    Thanks for your help.

I'd take it back to the store and explain you had a reaction. The Roc face wipes made my face and eyes burn -- I brought them back and got something else. I can't recall if I had the receipt or not, this was about 6 months ago.

Broclo, are you still looking for these, it might be a bit cheaper than Body shop?
