PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THE s & g glitch and show me a picture of the gwp. Also if i do the no 7 mens 3 for 2 with gwp and a pinkie can i use 250 points voucher and pay with points??

I was refused a free gift cos wud not have the consultation, so rng cs advised them it does not say u have to have one? I was rewarded wiv some points, i will go bak now and try again:rotfl:

Had mixed Bootsing day yesterday in Birmingham. Went to High Street store and couldn't find Protect and Perfect glossy locks hair spritz, moisturising gloves, nail buffer set or S&G GWP. Put 2 x No 7 suncare cream in my basket and SA came running after me and said excuse me :eek: those are on 3 4 2 so I'd get yourself another one, bless her. I didn't want to tell her that they are on BOGOF in case she looked into it and said NO you can't have them on that deal. Anyway, they went through the till at £12 BOGOF minus a pinky and I got a bluey. When I thought about it afterwards, should I have been entitled to the GWP? I wasn't on a mission to get one of these but maybe I should have tried it. There is too much to remember when you are in Boots these days.

I then went to the Bull Ring store but couldn't find the No 7 stuff that I wanted nor the S&G GWP. So decided to get No 7 bliss body wash at £8 minus pinky. Did two of these transactions and the SA didn't give me a bluey and so I queried it but she said because my total spend after the coupon was less then £5 I wasn't entitled to it. Hmmm, not so sure about that, it's worked for me before. When I got home and was reading through this thread I realised that the No 7 wash range was on 3 4 2 but I swear that there were no signs displayed in the Bull Ring. I'm getting fed up with Boots and their inconsistencies with signage although I know it often works in our favour. I think I should start doing my homework on the website and do a virtual shop to try a few things out before I go shopping. I'm thinking of going into a Boots this week to see if I can get a free body wash (and gift bag!) as I wouldn't have bought the items separately if the offer had been advertised. I don't expect to get anywhere and I won't make a big fuss but will probably feel better for trying. Actually, thinking about it, if I'd have bought them on 3 4 2 it would have cost £16 minus pinky = £11, whereas by buying them separately with pinky it would cost £9, but it's the principle of the thing.

Sorry for long post but I feel better for it.

I ordered 6 packs of the peach one but they sent me 4 peach and 2 forest fruits and i am allergic to strawberries so phoned up CS and they sent me another 6 packs of peach out! I only wanted to swap the 2 forest fruit ones!

Forgot to say that I also bought 2 x UG elixir hair sets for £6 and got 100 ACM pts which I was pleased with.

oh dont tell me about it there propa mad! i had 21 paks each sent me 28 peach dec sb-date on. Range agreed send me 16 more others out, 16 paks 6?? two ferral ones arrived in post, then they cancelled my 16 so rng and now reordered and rcvd. so i sent 20 paks peach bak cos sb-date to replace (as instructed) now i have a refund from somewhere for 8 paks at the discounted 50% price but not takin into consideration 3 4 2 price. So if they carry on and refund me the other 12 paks i wud paid nearly nothing for a shed load of smoothies...... watch this space
