Well she is bonkers, but that's why I like her. I bet she will have her Hello Kitty's with her. Go Mariah! Woohoo.

Flippin' ell, just opened up one of those WOMEN's GWP things. Are all those like proper full sized products? Bargain!

:rotfl: I'm not like it normally...I'm normally all "okay..thank you for being snotty to me, I'll pay full price.." but since I KNEW it worked well, I was like..."just scan em luv" :rotfl:

Well I still think we should go shopping together. I never moan at them or ask them to try it cos to me it feels like begging. I just pout and it does the trick. But I've noticed that if you are smiley and friendly with SA's they bob anything through without asking twice.

I now have 3 x 250 points from the WOMEN's GWP thing, anyone know what they can be used on with very little outlay? Or better still, any other NO 7 vouchers for extra points that I can use with it? Thanks.

Just found this on the discount board

For anyone in Derbyshire, there's an NSS £2 rembrandt coupon in the Derbyshire Times this week, Price 55p, weekly, published thursdays.

Could this be used in addition to the other £4 rembrandt coupons from mailing and Beauty mag ? :j

I think that would work!!! As someone reported that they used the two £4 off coupons from mag and mailing together and the mag coupon only took £2 off leaving £2.49 to pay (i think it was £2.49 or £2.29) so if thats the case your £2 NSS coupon would leave 49p to pay  but if the mag voucher gets fixed and takes the full £4.00 off...then you would have the till owing you £1.51   :rotfl:

Right, all my pinkies/ts have gone now, and by the last transaction today I felt I had finally got the hang of 'Bootsing lite' , so I feel it is now time to move on to the next level and start getting the most out of my lovely points. Don't worry, I will save most of them for the sales but wanted to get the hang of them first!
All the following shops done on SS, did not want to involve SA as another 'interesting' shop was still in my basket ;)
    1. I bought £5+ of 17 and got GWP, tried to pay with points, would not let me
    2. bought item + used acm for 50 offer points, tried to pay with points, would not let me
    3. If I buy an item and uses offer points do I get offer points and the item shop points, or just the offer points for that item. (I've had both happen)
    Where am I going wrong?
Oh, and Time Delay night wrinkle reduce serum reduced in my store (box label, not SEL) to £5, maybe bluey will work?

Had to pay a special visit to Boots today as I gave the blue/green liquid eyeliner from the GWP to DD which we are have much trouble getting off.

Ended up getting No7 eye make up remover, it is now removed from her eye lids but her eyelashes are now stained......... I feel an email to CS coming on.

Used my last 2 pinkies today - I'm sure some of you could have got way better deals but I jjst get so flustered! Only got 2 x metallic pencils for £4 after 2 pinkies! wanted to try mens gwp but dh wouldn't use any of the stuff anyway (soap & water man!). They didn't have any of the xmas glitter liner so didn't bother maklng up to get ladies gwp. Rubbish offers on acm too! Gutted no points metallic pencils!!!!

btw moneysavingmumofone - did you make it to Reading?

AND no s&g gwp to buy for £5. Forgot about 342!
  • hey all :hello:

Had a REALLY good boots day today!! :D
Went in and got a No7 highlighter palette, highlighting lotion in pink and GWP....went to the till and got the shock of my life instead of the LOVELY, HELPFUL, WONDERFUL No7 assistant that is usually there, there was a DRAGON in her place...already had my ts/pinkie out, and she literally dragged the basket off me..she put the items through, and look one look at TS and Pinkie...and said, "You can't use both, which one shall I scan?" in a really snotty way. I was well annoyed but determined! lol so I said..."Both please, they do work, and according to customer services, provided they scan and the till accepts it, I am allowed to use any number of vouchers I like" smiled sweetly, my heart pounding, about to faint, and go to hell for my lies....she looks like thunder, and smugly says "Fine, but it won't work.." scans em and it works...she looks even madder, so I smiled..and said "Well, look at that - thank you for being so helpful.." and walked away...then came back with 5 nail varnishes and made her put them through seperately with a pinkie x 5...she was livid, and I was so pleased :rotfl:

Don't know what got into me, I never normally challenge SAs...just normally mumble "ok.." :o :rotfl: :rotfl:

So pleased, but I blame you lot :rotfl:

    Way to go!!:T:T:T:T

main problem is you cant get points and pay with points, so once you have scanned a points voucher the option to pay with them goes . When you use an extra points voucher you should get the item points and the offer points (they will show separately )
The reduced TD serum is the old packaging but is good stuff- but I counted 4 spare upstairs from the last skincare voucher!
