Could anybody recommend a good (cheap) way of booking hotels in Newcastle or Leeds.

It's 14 lads on a stag weekend but we'd like something with a bar and breakfast etc so not really looking for the cheapest travel lodge places. (unless it's a good rate)

A decent hotel but a way of getting it cheaper.

Top tip is don't book all of you together, they won't accept your booking.

You need to sort out who is sharing rooms and then book separately and turn up at different times to check in. If you spot your mates at check in ignore them.

I'd go for a largish hotel so you wouldn't stand out as a group.

Travelodges have lots of £10 rooms around. Weekends may be difficult unless it's a 'business' TL. Click on the £10 block on their website.

Right it's definitely Newcastle, anybody recommend a hotel in the city centere itself or walking distance.
