Hello from a newbie
Magpie.
I wanted to introduce myself somewhere before I started posting on the boards as I thought it might be a bit rude to just start posting.
Not really sure what to say about myself though!
I am a single parent to one daughter and I would imagine I would be in here mostly.

Hi magpie, welcome to MSE... a word of caution... It gets addictive!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Welcome. As a single parent I can tell you it is nice to know there are people here who you can talk to who understand what you are going through in difficult times. We don't stop playing because we grow old; We grow old because we stop playing.0

Hi magpie!! I'm relatively new too and am now ashamed that I didn't have the foresight to introduce myself!!

I'll do it now (better late than never.) I'm mum to my baby girl who is 5 months old, so once she is in bed/ having her nap I'm on here! he he!
It is definitely addictive!0 -
Aw, what a nice approach! I've been here for a while but again never thought to introduce myself!
I have a one year old gorgeous little boy and a very hard working husband. I love getting bargains and tend to hang out here and on the 'grabbit now' board.
Welcome, I am sure you are going to fit right in!0 -
Hi ladies welcome to MSE.
Why not pop into the parent thread and say hi too, they're a great bunch in there and useful to have a group of mums (and the occasional dad) to call on when advice is needed, someone will be going or have gone through similar.0 -
Thanks all, am looking forward to posting lots!0
