I can't believe what my Landlord has done...

What a nice guy you have as your landlord. You must be a good tenant and he wants to keep you happy, nothing more sinister than that.
Enjoy it while it lasts!0 -
And I would add that his explantion is extremely plausable and in fact is the only reason that there could possibly be. The extra £300 he technically receives on his accounts is neither here nor there so is of no real benefit to him.
He must want to keep you...0 -
I have to say we are very lucky. But me and the OH try to be good tenants. We always keep the place tidy and pay on time.We have put in a few improvements and are saving for a deposit. If house prices do fall by 20 percent as everyone is saying,we should have enough for a 25 percent deposit ( for a small 2 bed flat or terraced)next year. But we don't want to jump into anything as yet what with conditions being so volatile.0

maybe the op is getting some sort of housing benefit and thats why.0

the op is a troll. Just read there other posts."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0

I know if you put up rent you can't raise it again for a year so maybe thats why on paper he doesn't want to change the rent. Don't know if applies to rent decreases too.0
