    I made bailey's fudge last year and presented it with other chocolates in kilner type storage jars which meant it kept really fresh. For small er gifts I just cut out a circle of cellophane and gathered it up into a bag with ribbon.

    Just had a look at the recipe, has anybody made it? I only ask because I thought fudge had loads of sugar in it.
