I'm new to Tesco Home Panels, and need some advice please. I've been accepted, and this week have been offered 3 products, but when I complete the message section to accept, I put a tick in the first column boxes, but how do I get it to submit? There's probably a very simple answer, but I haven't found it yet! :undecided

I don't usually tick a box, just open each email and click the 'yes/accept' button (can't remember which it says without looking) then scroll down and it should say something along the lines of it's on its way to you.

I'm not sure if I'm getting the same e-mail. My email says "If you are interested in taking part in this home trial, please check the message centre in your Home Panels account to accept your invitation". The products were there in the message centre, and I checked the box at the side of them, but I couldn't see anywhere to submit that. In the end I pressed enter and it all disappeared. I've heard nothing further since, and they're probably not working today.

As it's my first trial, I'm naturally keen to accept, so hope I haven't got it all wrong.

You say the products were there in the message center - could you click each product so it opened up as an email? If you do that, there should then be a button to click to accept it (individually). Shouldn't need to click any check boxes at the side (do you mean the same check boxes you would click if you wanted to delete them?) The site might be having a moment if they've disappeared now.

I'm sure you're right Hannah, and that's what I should have done, but as there's nothing there to check back to, I can't put it to the test. I think I've lost this one. I've sent them an email, and got an automated response, they're not back now until Tuesday.

I am now taking part in my first product trial which arrived today. I know that it is only 3 samples of multisurface cleaner, but you have to start with some kind of item don't you.;)

Hi all,

Has anyone had a delivery today - especially anti bacterial trigger spray or loo cleaner? I've had emails this morning to say they've sent them but just got home to a royal mail red card saying they have 2 parcels for me. Just wondering if I'm going to be disappointed when I collect them as I'm hoping they're mysterious exciting parcels rather than cleaning stuff!!
