Car Inurance & health problems

My wife, who is a named driver on my car insurance, had a minor stroke last week which affected her left leg. The leg has now returned to normal. Do I have to advise the insurance company? Thanks.

Scroll to P11. Your wife's doctor should tell you if this needs to be disclosed. I'm guessing that this is a TIA which doesn't require disclosure.
