How do I refresh the forum page?

I'm sure I'm missing something but how do I refresh the forum pages to show the latest postings without coming out of them and going back into them each time? Is there a refresh button (as Ebay) for instance? Thanks!

Pressing F5 button should do it.

This seems only to happen on this forum. I use Urban75 a lot, and as far as I can see it's exactly the same vBulletin software, but I don't have to constantly refresh the scree to see changes.
