Trust deed/IVA

Hi i am just coming to the end of a trust deed but am having difficulty getting the extra on my mortgage to pay of the last part. does this meem i will have to sell my house?

    If you have a Scottish Trust Deed you must keep in contact with the trustee and advise them that your finding it difficult to raise the equity in your house (I'm presumming this is what you mean by the last part)

    The trustee will normally allow you to continue paying what you were originally paying for a few extra months if the amount of equity is low.. Otherwise they may need to sell the house but its best to call them for advise.
