Tesco Still have my money!!

An online order from Tesco grocery was due to be delivered to me on 2nd oct in the evening. half hr before it was due they rang to say they couldn't deliver as van broke down. Offered to del following morning but they would have to cancel this order and redo in morning meaning that 2 lots of my money would be debited from my card!! A quick look online at our bank statement and we agreed we could manage for that to happen. They suggested i call back in morning for refund of the del charge as a good will gesture. The del the next morning was later than advised. I recieved the del discount. I have since had to phone as the £102 of my original shop has still not been refunded!!!!!! i now have £20 in vouchers and £20 they did as a debit card refund which low and behold went through in days. 5 weeks on I still have not got my £102 back!!! Where do i go from here.

If its a credit card,get your bank to do a chargeback.

Its debit card. I even called my bank to find out if there was problem their end. But no.
