Can anyone recommend a way that I can get the tax credits people to pull their finger out.
My son turned 6 months old last week and we still haven't received anything every time I call them they just tell me that it is being processed.

If you are not getting anywhere ringing the tc helpline, make an appointment to talk face to face with an adviser at your local tax office. This usually pushes any action.0
