my elderly mother was phoned by british gas and was offered a 15% discount till march.
She has not yet recieved any paperwork about this and starts in 2 weeks i've tried phoning british gas but dont get anywhere.
who knows about this tariff and what is it

I think many suppliers have a social tarrif giving those on benefits a discount. Maybe thats what your mother is getting?0
