I think is in the account settings on the right. It should just say cancel my boxes or something. hth

Last Thursday (12th) I got an e mail from Graze offering a free box. I've been a customer in the past. The deal is that you get your first and fifth box free but i'm pretty sure you can just cancel after the first one has arrived. I think you need to check your e mails for the deal.

I couldn't see this posted anywhere so I hope this helps

I have been unable to cancel my subscription to GRAZE BOXES despite several attempts and emails to them and I have now taken it up with my bank as a dispute. I won't be giving my long card number out EVER again!!

5 weeks now without a delivery. Anyone else had the same problem?

I keep getting an email the night before my delivery is due saying unable to forfill order.

Does anyone know how many different food categories you need to select from to be sent a box. I have just been selecting the food I like from 5 categories as the other food I can just buy cheaper at the supermarket.

Wilmist - email customer services using https://www.graze.com/help/contact, I have always found them to be very polite and prompt in the past.

Every week I select all the items from the bread category and only once in two months have I been sent any.

Going to cancel. Thought when I first had them I could choose what items I would like but looks like you get what they have surplus supply of. Going over a month without being sent anything is a joke especially when you are only told the night before they can't fill your order.
