The Pacific side of Mexico also comes up cheaply for early June ...I wouldnt go any later than that because of the hurrican season
Cheapest weeks histroicaly are the last week in April ( providing its not covered my any holiday) because this is often the change over from the winter brochure to the summer one you can often pick up holidays for 13 nights or 16 and lower prices than the normal 14 night ones, first 2 weeks in May then about the 2nd week in June

I didn't realise FC did Costa Rica as well, so thanks for that tip. Always useful for comparison with the Caribbean options I had in mind.
