ICICI - How do i transfer my money ????

Hi
I have 2 accounts with ICICI one a normal monthly interest savings and the other a fixed term a/c which expired yesterday.
I cannot see under any transfer option on the site how to transfer the money out of the fixed rate a/c ?
Am i missing something here ??
HOw do i get it out of there ???

When you set it up, they would have asked you if you wanted to start a brand new term-account when the first one ends. If you said yes, it will be in the process of getting tied up again. If you said "no" - have you checked your Hisave easy access account? Has it been put in there? Either way - just give them a call....0

As KingL says, unless you selected auto reinvestment into a new Fixed Term account, your funds should have been transferred automatically to your HiSave account yesterday. That has certainly been the case with all of my matured FT accounts.
You will probably also receive a phone call within a couple of days of maturity, informing you that the FT account has matured & inviting you to open another.0 -
