    I'm one of those people who manage on 3 hours a night sleep, which is good, or bad, one or the other.

    Gosh I'm such a motherer aren't I? When did I get so busy-body-ish. I prefer 8 hours (if not more!) in normal circumstances but am coping on about 5 at the minute
