yes I do drive, but a COUPLE of glasses mid avvo ( sometimes ) set me up for proper sleep later. Always careful, nothing after dinner at 6.

I'm one of those people who manage on 3 hours a night sleep, which is good, or bad, one or the other.

My fridge seems to have the same alcohol in it all year gathering dust. I have an 18 month old half bottle of Malibu (none had all year), a 99% full litre bottle of Carolans bought last Christmas - 1 shot gone and a half full bottle of Sheridans, also bought last Christmas.

My Dad bought me a bottle of rose whilst him and my Mum were here earlier this week to drink with dinner that night. I managed to make it last 2 nights as it was so nice and a real treat to be bought a bottle!

I think I should maybe chuck the Carolans. It says to use by 6 months after opening.
