Npower SOL4 v Sign online 14

I currently have dual fuel with npower and not a bad experience, contrary to thers on here. Have just checked and a couple of sites say we can save about £250-£264 per year by changing. Currently use 3990 kwh gas and 5740 kwh electric.

Looking at this tariffs I take it i will need to sign up for 12 months. whats the downside to swapping? Will i lose the duel fuel discount or will i still get it?

Hi there, I am in a similar position (although on SOL6 at the moment). I haven't tried to actually switch to the new tariff yet, but I was wondering whether npower allowed you to change tariff. I have a vague recollection that they didn't, but I could be wrong.
I guess the best way to find out is to give them a call, no point going through a switching web site when you are staying with the same supplier?
If it's not allowed, I'll just go to British Gas (second cheapest according to switch web site)- that'll teach them!
