Reclaiming tax on missed flights (Clickair)

I recently missed a flight with Clickair and have been trying to reclaim the tax from the airline.
Three emails to Clickair customer services (att_cliente@clickair.com) have gone without response, and two phone calls to their customer services in Barcelona have ended with someone telling me that I would get a refund, which would be confirmed via email... but still no refund!
Having lived in Spain, I'm pretty used to poor customer services from Spanish companies (Ryanair type service is the norm rather than the exception it is here) so I get the feeling that I'm just being given the runaround and being fobbed off in the hope that I might give up my approx. £30 claim.
Has anyone managed to claim tax back for missed flights from this (literally?) fly by night airline? And would I be pushing it to expect to get my fuel surcharge and luggage fees refunded as well?
I know it's a pretty standard procedure with BA, but hey, this is hardly BA;)
