money back from Scottish Power

Hi All,
Just got news letter in from housing dept and there is news of a rebate for Scottish Gas customers.Here is what it says.

Scottish Gas customers who are in receipt of benefits may be able to claim a rebate on their gas and electricity bills if they apply before end of December.
Those who receive Pension Credits will be entitled with help with their bills this winter.The rebate consists of 2 seperate payments of £40 for gas customers and £20 for electricity customers,with payments made in 2 installments.
House holders can call 0845 603 2430 to find details of the scheme and check eligibility.

Just got this in today so there isnt that much time left to get in touch but hope it helps some folk on here get some money back.
