    I've frozen them before, they're ok but the skins aren't really crisp. I find the best way to make jacket spud is 7 mins in the microwave (depending on the size of the potato) and then finish off in a hot oven with the rest of whatever you're cooking :)

    Agreed with above microwave still starting to go soft then rub with olive oil and salt and finish in the oven.
