I've frozen them before, they're ok but the skins aren't really crisp. I find the best way to make jacket spud is 7 mins in the microwave (depending on the size of the potato) and then finish off in a hot oven with the rest of whatever you're cookingSometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0

Agreed with above microwave still starting to go soft then rub with olive oil and salt and finish in the oven.0
