8 weeks ago I applied online to Britsh Gas, switching from Eon.

I have not heard anything, expect a Direct Debit form which I returned weeks ago.

Can anyone tell me how long this process takes and what I can expect to happen next?

    Electric supply can take up to 14 days and gas up to 28 days, adding on any arrears the company may have in processing the application
