claimed just under £2000 HBOS said charges were fair - help!

Hi claimed just under £2000 in unfair back charges. After several letters, I finally recieved a replay stating that HBOS deemed the charges to be fair and that I could not claim them back. That was just before the test case. So i have been waiting for that to come to a conclusion. Does anyone know if I have to reclaim, or will HBOS still have my claim on file? Any help would be great

If your in hardship you can reclaim now filling it in a hardship form provided by HBOS. However if your not in hardship the bank will refuse to deal with claims now, but they will be on their systems so when the test case is over. They will have a record of the details you have provided then you can hassle them some more. Also worth noting that the FOS wont deal with complaints against banks regarding charge claims either unless your in hardship. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
