Just been on the phone trying to arrange annual safety check for my boiler. i thought they would contact me!

I can only give access in school holidays or after 3.30.... computer says no! nothing in December, they can only give am or pm appointments Monday to Friday. unless.....

i sign up to a flexible time package with a 2 hour window of my choice including Saturdays.. 69 pence a week. whilst I'm on the line would i like to get extra cover for my .... kettle £5. odd a month.

I also noticed my payments have gone up from £13 to £14.32, went online put my post code in , guess what my quote was..£13. seriously peed off now. I haven't had a call out and my annual check is 2 months over due.
