Many thanks for all your ideas, im off to the shops to buy some frozen fruit, kiwis, apricots! I have made pumpkin chutney and marrow chutney, so im ok for chutney at the moment, lemon curd is another great idea! I will have to be better prepared next year! i do have 4 nice jars of blackberry jam left, but i am going to put them in christmas hampers!

Wanted to say thankyou again, I have this morning made with my daughter some fantastic pots of jam using everyones ideas! One pot of kiwi jam, one pot of plum, and 4 pots of summer fruit jam, still cherry and raspberry to make, many thanks, I would never of thought of using frozen fruits. The kiwi one we made is delicious, 5 kiwi fruits, one apple, 3/4 cup jam sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, cooked in microwave and blitzed up in the processor.
