Hi All,
Just received amazing first class customer service from Apple.
I bought a brand spanking new £949 MacBook from PC World on Saturday, I traveled for 2 hours to pick it up.
The MacBook has slightly slanting Keys on the top row. I phoned Apple today at work and told them about the issue. I didn't really want them to fix the issue as didn't fancy the MacBook going off to get fixed.
I phoned again when I got home because I needed the serial number and was passed over to someone in the USA. The lady was amazingly understanding and tried everything to help, in the end I settled on a free iPod Shuffle with the option to have it fixed at anytime.
I really can't explain how AMAZING the person I spoke to was.... WOW!

Just a quick update - The Lady from the USA I spoke to called me at work (I have them my office number) and asked how the macbook and shuffle was.. made sure I was 100% happy with everything.
Apple do have 5* customer service!0 -

They've been good to me too. I'd say sure their stuff costs more, but you can see where the money went.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
