Hi
Hope someone can help please...
Lately our Sky has been quite bad for 'freezing' whereby you cant change channel and need to remove card, turn off, wait & turn back on. Its also had a problem with 'cant find signal'. TV on its own works fine (other than its snowey - but it is the season to be jolly)
Thanks

I hope this isn't against the rules to post this, but you can get loads of technical help for things like this on the Digital Spy Forums. Just search the forums and you may find someone who had the same problem and what the answer was.
Edit: Here are a few links given by members of the site that give advice on similar problems to yours.

try ringing the helpline and you get a message asking you to press 2 if you are having the same problem, bloke at work is getting it as well
ps 2 hours wait for customer support as well !!Ex forum ambassador

Not a Grundig box is it...they are known to have problems.
You haven't by any chance had it a while now and had a recent letter from sky in relation to insurance? my bro mentioned that every year they send him a letter about insuring his sky box and within a few days of the letter he has *problems* which means he has turn it off......a few weeks later it works fine againWelcome, rogerramjet.

I have to say that beyond the normal problems caused by the last update (long story - see the site quoted above for full version) I have had no such problems with my Sky.0
